We're a 110+ member team, growing fast, and we're looking for an Academic Counsellor who can connect with potential learners, understand their aspirations and help them choose the right learning program.

This is a target-driven sales role—so if you enjoy talking to people, solving their doubts and turning conversations into conversions, we'd love to meet you.

Counsel potential learners via calls, virtual demos, and office walk-ins—help them understand the value of our program and guide them toward enrollment.

Own your monthly sales targets and execute strategic plans that contribute to our ambitious goal of reaching ₹100 Cr in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

0-3 Years of experience in sales/business development. Freshers with a fire to grow can be accepted.





A highly motivated individual who enjoys building relationships with members and helps drive the adoption of our products and services.

Pay range and compensation package

Comp & Ben - Compensation - ESOP's (Shares in company) + 3 - 5 LPA (Fixed) + 1.5-2 LPA (Variable). An prospect to own a part of the firm, having a skin in the game. (We are one of a kind vernacular skilling platform disrupting the skilling landscape.
