About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CG Cloud Lead to design, develop, and support Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on development experience, leadership capabilities, and expertise in DevOps and CICD pipelines.
- This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, managing end-to-end delivery, and ensuring scalable, high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Essential Job Functions:
- Salesforce CG Cloud Functional Leadership.




- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions including:

Account Retail Execution
- Visit Planning.
- Promotion Management.
- Order Management DSD.

Indirect Sales
- Act as a subject matter expert for CG Cloud features and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.

Development Customization
- Hands-on development using:
- Apex Classes, Triggers.
- Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Visualforce as needed.
- Flows and Process Automation.
- Develop and customize CG Cloud data models in UI components and integrations.
- Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability.

Support Maintenance
- Lead production support activities including:
- Incident management.
- Root cause analysis.
- Bug fixes and enhancements.
- Work closely with business
