Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract

Experience: 5 years (with minimum 2.5 years in HRSD)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow HRSD application to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain HR services, case and knowledge templates, and lifecycle events.
- Implement client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and server-side scripting.
- Support integration between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems.
- Participate in unit testing, QA cycles, and defect resolution.




- Work closely with the HRSD Lead and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Studio, and Flow Designer.
- Understanding of HR processes and HR data handling.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal, and catalog item creation.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, HRSD Fundamentals.
