About The Job:

- We are looking for an LLM Scientist with a strong understanding of Large Language Models, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI, along with hands-on proficiency in Python and foundational Machine Learning.
- The role will involve developing, experimenting with, and optimizing LLM-based solutions and AI applications for real-world business use cases.
- We are looking for candidates who have a solid foundation in LLMs and Generative AI, with the ability to understand AI concepts and apply them practically using Python.

Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, and experiment with LLM and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Work with Agentic AI and AI agent workflows.
- Apply Python and Machine Learning techniques to AI/LLM use cases.
- Work with prompts, embeddings, vector search, context retrieval,



and LLM evaluation.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources, APIs, and applications.
- Evaluate and optimize LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, and reliability.
- Conduct experimentation and proof-of-concepts with emerging GenAI technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Data Science, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts and architectures.
- Hands-on experience or strong practical knowledge of RAG.
- Understanding of Agentic AI / AI Agents.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph.
- Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
- Experience with LLM APIs suc
