The Oracle Health Medication Administration team is responsible for delivering solutions that help clinicians safely and efficiently administer medications across acute, ambulatory, and specialty care settings. Medication administration is one of the most critical moments in the care delivery process, directly impacting patient safety, clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and clinician experience.
Our mission is to support and evolve medication administration workflows through intuitive, reliable, and highly integrated solutions that reduce cognitive burden, streamline nursing workflows, and improve patient safety. This includes maintaining existing medication administration capabilities that customers depend on today, while also modernizing traditional workflows through interoperability, mobile experiences, barcode medication administration, clinical decision support, workflow optimization, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help manage, enhance,
and modernize medication administration capabilities within Oracle Health’s Electronic Health Record. In this role, you will balance support for existing and legacy product capabilities with the development of recent workflows, modernization initiatives, and future-state medication administration experiences.
You will partner closely with nursing leaders, pharmacists, physicians, customers, engineering teams, UX designers, clinical informaticists, quality, regulatory, consulting, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that improve the safety, efficiency, usability, and reliability of medication administration workflows.
