Job Title: Accounting Team Lead

Experience Range: 8 - 12 Yrs

Maximum Salary: INR 994,440

Allowance: 1 LPA

Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities
General Purpose: Responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members and able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Establish robust Internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Client training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
- Suggest and organize team-building activities.




- Bring Process improvement to the benefit of the Organization/Client.
- Support the Transition team during the initial phase of transition (Ex, Documentation, active participation during the transition calls).
- Support the interview process during the initial set-up of new team(s).

Education and Experience:
- Accounting degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles.
- Previous experience in general accounting.
- Knowledge and experience of accounting computer applications.
- Previous Team handling experience.
- Previous Transition experience is preferred.
- 8+ Years of experience in Accounting and Financial Services.
