Primary skills - Max. 3:

• Strong communication and change management skills, including the ability to create clear, engaging and audience-specific materials such as emails, presentations, intranet posts, videos and awareness content.

• Solid understanding of IT and cybersecurity topics, with the ability to translate complex security, governance and technology changes into practical messages for different stakeholder groups.

• Experience planning and delivering awareness sessions, roadshows, events and stakeholder briefings for senior management, technology teams and cybersecurity organizations

Secondary skills:

• Experience supporting strategic programs, transformation initiatives or technology implementation projects in large organizations.

• Ability to understand security controls, governance processes and technology changes and communicate their business impact clearly.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including coordination with program leads, subject matter experts,



cybersecurity leaders, technology leaders and communications teams.

Positive to have skills:

• Experience creating structured communication plans, stakeholder maps, briefing packs, FAQs, training materials and adoption support materials.

• Good facilitation skills, including preparing agendas, running sessions, collecting feedback and following up on actions.

• Strong written and verbal English skills, with attention to tone, clarity and consistency.

• Experience working with cyber security, information security, IT risk, compliance or technology governance.

• Familiarity with AI, Gen AI or machine learning concepts, including related risks, controls and governance considerations.
