Oracle SCM Functional Consultant (R12)

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Skills:

•Solid functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 SCM and Manufacturing modules.

•Hands-on experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management.

•Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support.

•In-depth understanding of end-to-end SCM business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management.

•Basic SQL knowledge for issue analysis and troubleshooting.

•Experience in implementation, enhancements, and support projects.

•Experience preparing Functional Design Documents (MD50), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Setup Documents, Test Scripts, and User Training Materials.





•Experience working closely with technical teams on Customizations, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Reports.

•Hands-on experience in data validation, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.

•Ability to work with business stakeholders and drive solution discussions independently.

•Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

•Extensive support experience and ability to conduct POC & come up with solutions on their own

•Positive attitude that is filled with willingness to help and offer solutions to clients. Must be a good team player that can work seamlessly with internal team members
