About The Job:
- Shift Timing – 12 PM to 9 PM IST
- Client Global Business Travel (Client GBT) is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Data Integration Services to lead the implementation and delivery of real-time data integrations with our customers and vendors.
- In this client-facing role, you will be the primary point of contact for integration projects, ensuring seamless data connectivity,
exceptional customer experiences, and successful deployments.
- You will become a subject matter expert in our data integration capabilities and provide strategic support to customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the integration lifecycle.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead Integration Projects: Own integration projects from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring successful implementation of real-time data feeds tailored to customer and vendor needs
- Client-Facing Consultation: Serve as the primary consultant for customers and vendors, understanding their data requirements, recommending optimal integration solutions, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Requirements & Solution Design: Translate complex customer requirements into transparent technical specifications and integration designs, working closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver customized solution
