- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability across enterprise applications and analytics platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud-based data engineering practices will be an added advantage.
- For your healthcare project, I would recommend looking for 5–10 years of experience, with mandatory expertise in Azure Synapse Pipelines, Azure SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL Design, and Node.js CMS integration, because these are the areas that typically become bottlenecks in enterprise analytics implementations.

Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop,



and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics and Synapse Pipelines.
- Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes from multiple source systems.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and performance tuning solutions.
- Work with structured and semi-structured data sources to support reporting and analytics requirements.
- Integrate CMS platforms developed in Node.js with downstream data platforms and reporting systems.
- Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and implement proactive data quality checks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and application teams to understand data requirements.
- Implement data validation, reconciliation, and audit processes.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
- Document data flows, mappings, and technical specifications.
