Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Application Portfolio Management (APM) Developer to join our IT team. The APM Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Application Portfolio Management solutions, primarily using the ServiceNow platform. The role requires a deep understanding of application lifecycle management, data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Customization:
- Configure and customize the APM module on the ServiceNow platform or other APM tools to align with business requirements.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and workflows that provide visibility into the application portfolio, including application health, usage, and cost.
- Implement integrations with other ITSM and ITOM modules to enhance the APM capabilities.
- Application Lifecycle Management:
- Manage and optimize the lifecycle of applications within the portfolio,



from onboarding to decommissioning.
- Ensure accurate application data entry, maintenance, and governance within the APM system.
- Analyze application usage and performance data to provide insights and recommendations for rationalization, consolidation, and optimization.
- Strategic Planning & Governance:
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and IT leaders to align the application portfolio with business strategy and goals.
- Support the development of governance frameworks for managing the application portfolio, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
- Assist in the creation of roadmaps for application modernization, rationalization, and retirement.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to the application portfolio.
