About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders to identify high-impact Quality use cases (deviations, CAPA, audits, complaints, batch release, quality analytics)
- Exposure to Deviation management, NC, CAPA, Validated systems – Running CSV, Veeva Application transformation Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria Act as a bridge between business, and technology teams
- Epic, Stories detailing per breakdown of functional priorities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate manufacturing and quality requirements into functional specifications.
- Document business processes, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder workshops.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and validate solutions against defined business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business SMEs, product owners, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing and/or quality operations environments.
- Solid expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business documentation.
- Experience working in Agile delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Exposure to Life Sciences, including Deviation Management or CAPA processes, is preferred.
