Product Analyst
We’re looking for someone who combines solid analytics skills with a product mindset. You’ll start by going deep into data — tracking KPIs, running experiments, and generating insights — and progressively take ownership of data-powered products like Analytics Agents, automated anomaly detection, and AI-augmented decision tools.
What You’ll Do
- Track key business KPIs, perform root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze customer funnels, cohorts, and conversion metrics to surface high-impact opportunities.
- Design and run A/B experiments; measure results with statistical rigour.
- Build automated reporting solutions and maintain business dashboards.
- Own the product roadmap for data-heavy tracks — write specs, define success metrics, and ship iteratively with engineering.
- Leverage LLMs and AI to automate insight generation & summarisation
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritise and deliver.

Must-Have
- 1+ years in data analytics is mandatory (e-commerce, consumer internet, or product-led environments preferred).
- Hands-on experience with user journey funnels, cohort analysis, and conversion metrics at scale.
- Strong SQL & Python proficiency; comfortable with large, complex datasets.
- Proven ability to turn analytical findings into acted-upon product or business recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.
