About The Job:
- The Third-Party Operations Associate Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting projects delivered by external vendors and contractors (TASK and Vendor).
- This role combines project management fundamentals with vendor governance and operational administration to ensure successful delivery of engagements, compliance with risk management policies, and accurate financial tracking.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Project Coordination & Delivery
- Assist in managing low-complexity engagements following PMO methodology; support senior project managers on larger projects.
- Set up projects from the Statement of Work (SOW) queue; establish and monitor milestones for revenue and costs.
- Maintain accurate project financials in PSA tools (e.g.,



FinancialForce, Certinia) throughout the lifecycle.
- Develop and execute communication plans using existing templates; schedule and facilitate internal/external meetings.

Vendor & Contractor Management
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with documentation (SOWs, agreements, Schedule A).
- Act as primary contact for inquiries related to time entry, invoicing, and engagement details.
- Collaborate with Finance to set up vendor profiles and manage billing processes.

Risk & Compliance Oversight
- Identify, document, and track risks/issues related to third-party engagements; assist in resolution.
- Ensure adherence to vendor risk management policies and maintain documentation for audits and assessments.

Financial & Billing Administration
- Capture and reconcile billable hours for monthly invoicing; resolve discrepancies promptly
