Responsible for leading National sales strategy, customer growth, channel performance, and revenue execution for a motion systems business portfolio. This role provides commercial leadership across direct sales teams, distribution partners, key accounts, OEM customers, and strategic markets requiring Hydraulic, Electromechanical, Pneumatic products and solutions.
Accountable for achieving profitable revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, developing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring alignment between customer needs, product strategy, operations, and corporate business objectives.

Reporting Structure :
- This position reports to the Country Sales Director, India
- The role will have direct / in-direct reporting of platform sales managers, key account managers, business development managers, application sales engineers, channel managers, and inside sales resources.

1. Revenue Growth and Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, market share,



and profitability targets.
- Build annual sales plans, forecasts, territory strategies, and account growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities in target markets.
- Drive growth through both existing customer expansion and new customer acquisition.
- Lead strategic pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial terms in partnership with finance, legal, product management, and executive leadership.
- Monitor sales pipeline quality, conversion rates, order intake, backlog, and quote activity to ensure business objectives are met.

2. Strategic Account and Customer Management
- Serve as a senior commercial leader for major national accounts, OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and strategic end users.
- Build executive-level relationships with key customers to understand business priorities, technical challenges, and long-term capital plans.
