Job Description
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to promote HRStop across digital platforms.
- Create high-quality written content including LinkedIn posts, blogs, website content, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, and product documentation.
- Plan, script, and create engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, product demos,



feature explainers, customer stories, etc.).
- Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the product and support teams to understand new features and convert them into compelling marketing content.
- Prepare product launch announcements, feature updates, release notes, and customer communication materials.
- Design visually appealing marketing creatives using design tools.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support branding initiatives by creating presentations, brochures, sales collaterals, and marketing assets.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, content formats, and AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
