Location: Pan India
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications/modules including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, Asset Management, and Service Portal.
- Build and maintain complex client scripts, business rules, UI policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
- Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripting solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
- Work on IntegrationHub, MID Server, web services, and API-based integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.




- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, testing, and documentation activities.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, and Client Scripts.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, Jira, etc.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Robust debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
