Designation: Head Learning & Development (L&D;)

Experience (years): 12+ yrs

Location: Hybrid / Work from home

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Work timing: 9 am to 6pm

- Role OverviewThe Head Learning & Development will be responsible for designing, leading, and executing the organizations learning strategy to build capability, enhance performance, and support long-term business goals. This role will drive leadership development, functional capability building, and a solid learning culture across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the organization-wide L&D; strategy aligned with business objectives and future capability requirements.
- Partner with senior leadership, HR, and business heads to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
- Establish L&D; as a strategic enabler of business performance and talent transformation.

Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing L&D; team.
