Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions focused on IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in core ITSM modules, JavaScript scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and ITIL-based service management processes.

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- ACLs
- Scheduled Jobs
- Build and automate workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
- Configure CMDB and support CSDM best practices.
- Develop Record Producers, Catalog Items, and approval workflows.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, deployment activities, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
