About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Associate / Growth Intern to join Khatabook’s Growth team and work hands-on across user acquisition, performance marketing, CRM,



and growth experiments. You’ll work closely with the Growth team on channels such as Meta and Google, analyse campaign and creative performance, execute CRM campaigns, and help identify new opportunities to acquire and convert users efficiently. This is a great role for someone who is analytical, curious about consumer behaviour, and excited to learn how growth works at scale.
What You’ll Work On
● Support the execution and optimization of Meta and Google acquisition campaigns.
● Track key performance metrics including spends, installs, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
● Analyse campaign, audience, and creative performance to identify what is working and what should be tested next.
● Work with the Creative team on recent ad concepts, hooks, formats, and creative experiments.
● Help execute CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app channels.
