Senior QA Lead – O9 Supply Planning (Retail Domain)

As a Senior QA Lead, lead the quality assurance efforts for the O9 Supply Planning module in the retail domain. This role involves managing a team of testers, defining QA strategy, ensuring robust test coverage, and driving quality across complex supply planning workflows and integrations

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy:

Define and implement QA strategy for O9 Supply Planning projects.Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual and automation).Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment.

Test Management:

Create and review comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts.Ensure coverage for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

Quality Governance :

Establish QA standards,



best practices, and compliance with organizational quality metrics. Drive defect prevention and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication :

Provide explicit and timely QA status reports to leadership.Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution.

Technical Expertise :

Oversee data validation for planning outputs, forecasts, and inventory optimization.Guide automation strategy for repetitive test cases and regression suites.

Risk Management :

Identify potential risks in planning workflows and propose mitigation strategies.
