· Monitor, improve and ensure achievement of agreed SLAs in the preparation and finalization of revenue for relevant, timely and accurate reporting of financial information to stakeholders.

· Monitor that revenue team carryout revenue tasks as per agreed timelines by maintaining accuracy and signoff their work.

· Ensuring timely completion and accuracy of month-end related closing entries (Provisions/ Accruals/ Deferrals, etc.) and posting accounting entries in Oracle.

· Ensuring that income is captured in line with policy, detailed revenue recognition controls and procedures are in place across all businesses, evidence is available to support the validity of revenue (particularly accruals) and that appropriate challenge is provided when necessary.

· Ensure invoices are confirmed by finance as per agreed timelines.

· Review and monitor revenue matching against expectations of CRM’s.

· Monitoring outstanding debtors and ensuring the debtors are kept as per the agreed benchmarks.





· Assistance in Production of monthly management reporting pack and relevant revenue schedules to support finalisation of accounts.

· Plan and allocate right resources as per required work and ensure seamless delivery.

· Ensure relevant information flow to stakeholders by providing insights on trends/data that are available on revenue.

· Accuracy and clarity of reporting.

· Time management and delivery within challenging timescales.

· Ensuring adherence to the agreed process and ensuring any issues are raised accordingly.

· Build and maintain effective working relationships with MMGS employees as necessary / appropriate, especially with the Finance team.

· Co-ordinate with auditors and ensure all queries are responded accurately and on time.
