Essential Job Functions:
- Participate in business-facing activities such as presenting current solutions, conducting workshops to understand requirements, and participating in business development efforts.
- Lead the design and deployment of virtual/voice assistants to address complex business challenges and improve outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional international teams to design and implement virtual/voice assistants.
- Consult on customer projects and work packages that meet business requirements.




- Understand and analyze business requests.
- Maintain effective relationships with business teams, understanding their priorities and recent requirements for existing business automations.
- Create and maintain a communication bridge between business teams, SMEs, and globally distributed technical experts.
- Manage customer and stakeholder interactions, support change management, and provide deployment support.
- Act as the regional point of contact for all business requests (new functionalities or customization), providing regular updates to project managers on project progress, risks, and issues.
