Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and project documentation.
- Manage project execution across SAP functional and technical teams.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, vendors, and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage change requests, scope changes, and project priorities.
- Ensure effective coordination across SAP modules and integration teams.
- Manage testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies,



SAP best practices, quality standards, and organizational processes.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization across SAP project delivery.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall experience with robust experience in SAP Project Management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle.
- Excellent project planning, execution, risk, issue, and change management skills.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams.
- Good understanding of SAP modules and their integration.
