Job Title: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Magarpatta City, Pune (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Market IT consultants on Bench to prime vendors and direct clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Experience working with H1B, OPT, GC, USC & TN consultants
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for submissions and closures
- Negotiate rates and close requirements efficiently
- Maintain daily tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements
- Robust experience with portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
- Ensure regular follow-up with vendors and consultants

Required Skills:
- 4–5 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of US Staffing processes and tax terms
- Strong vendor network preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:
- Location: Pune (Work From Office)
- Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
