- This opportunity is with Intellect Design Arena, a global FinTech product company that provides banking and financial technology solutions across the US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.
- We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with robust exposure to IT Sales Hiring for US and European markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end recruitment for Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, and B2B IT Sales roles.

• Hiring positions such as Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and other sales leadership roles.

• Partnering closely with business leaders and global stakeholders across the US and Europe.

• Building talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.

• Managing candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and stakeholder communication.

Mandatory experience:

• 10+ years of recruitment experience.

• Proven experience hiring for SaaS Sales, Enterprise Sales, or B2B IT Sales roles.





• Strong understanding of sales concepts and KPIs such as quota attainment, ARR, pipeline, deal size, and revenue targets.

• Experience working with US and/or European markets.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred background:

• Product-based IT, SaaS, FinTech, or Banking Technology organizations.

• Recruiters who have successfully closed multiple sales and business development positions.

Location: Chennai (Siruseri Campus) and Hyderabad (hitech city) (Hybrid mode)
