About The Job:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in delivering large complexity Enterprise Cloud Transformation projects encompassing IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models Hybrid Cloud or Multi-Cloud Solutions.
- Experience in handling complex Application migration projects to Public Cloud across CSP’s like AWS, AZURE, GCP, OCP, Alibaba etc. such as packaged applications, COTS, custom apps, enterprise infrastructure applications through applications development lifecycle and maintenance.
- Exposure and hands-on working experience on Agile frameworks (Scrum), project management.
Essential Job Functions:
- End to end execution of Cloud transformation projects and programs.
- Build and maintain solid Client/Partner/Vendor relationships at tactical and operational levels with the objective of being a trusted business partner
- Responsible for cost, schedule, and quality of the delivery (including P&L; targets)
- Responsible for coordination of delivery between different cross-functional/practice teams and vendor involved in the program
- Drive teams to execute the project, enabling cross practice, neutral thinking, conflict resolution, and effective communication and managing any cultural differences
- Responsible for understanding problem situations, evaluating risks, and ensuring a development of mitigation plan for the same.
