- As part of our Managed Services organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing automation solutions that enhance infrastructure scalability, deployment efficiency, and operational reliability.
- You’ll focus on building automated workflows, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines that power and modernize the delivery of our Managed Services platforms.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows using tools like GitHub Actions and/or GitLab CI.
- Automate day-to-day operations tasks to increase system reliability and reduce manual toil across environments.
- Collaborate with SREs, DevOps, and platform engineers to streamline software delivery and operational workflows.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes manifests or Helm charts.
- Build monitoring and alerting automation to support observability goals using Dynatrace, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and similar tools.
- Standardize and version infrastructure through GitOps methodologies and declarative configuration.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automated workflows and deployment pipelines to improve speed, reliability, and recoverability.
- Ensure automation practices align with security standards, including access control, secrets management, and compliance requirements.
