Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced D365 QA Tester with strong expertise in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) and related integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, integration, end-to-end, UAT, and regression testing within ERP or finance system environments.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute and own test cases across D365 F&O; / SCM modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Tax
- Inventory
- Procurement
- Sales
- Test integrations between D365 and surrounding systems, including PLM and finance reporting platforms.
- Build and maintain regression test suites for post-Go-Live support.
- Validate data migration, reconciliation, and financial accuracy.
- Raise, triage, and track defects using Azure DevOps.




- Participate in daily defect triage and testing discussions.
- Support cutover mock activities and parallel-run reconciliation during month-end closures.
- Perform end-to-end, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
- Test APIs, file feeds, error handling, and replay scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with business, functional, technical, and development teams.

Must-Have Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in Enterprise QA / Test Engineering, preferably in ERP or finance system delivery.
- Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) testing.
- Experience in testing D365 F&O; / SCM modules.
- Experience with AI / Agentic feature testing.
- Strong experience in integration testing, including APIs, file feeds, error handling, and replay.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans and defect management workflows.
- Experience in End-to-End (E2E), UAT, and Regression
