Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
- Design scalable, secure, high-performing, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow implementations and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust ServiceNow architecture.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, and design standards.
- Guide development teams on technical design, integrations, customizations,



and platform capabilities.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications using APIs and integration technologies.
- Review technical designs, configurations, customizations, and code for quality and scalability.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for platform optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and vendors.
- Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
