Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer

Location: Pan India / Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Responsible for designing and building integrations between ITSM and external systems to support Incident, Change, Request, and Problem processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop inbound/outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server
- Integrate ITSM with monitoring, identity, HR, and third-party tools
- Build Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub spokes
- Handle data mapping,



transformation, and error handling
- Ensure secure authentication (OAuth, Basic, API keys)

Required Skills
- Solid ITSM knowledge (Incident, Change, Request)
- REST/SOAP, JSON, XML
- Script Includes, GlideAjax, Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub, MID Server
