Detailed job description - Skill Set:
- Manufacturing Engineer - CAD

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in UG NX CAD modeling, drafting, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in PLM Teamcenter, GD&T;, and various machining operations. This role involves creating and managing detailed CAD models, developing manufacturing methods, and ensuring the feasibility and quality of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- CAD Modeling and Drafting: Utilize UG NX CAD tools to create detailed 3D models, stage drawings, and assembly drawings for manufacturing components.
- Method of Manufacture: Develop and document manufacturing methods and processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Manufacturing Process Model: Create and manage manufacturing process models to optimize production and reduce costs
- PLM Teamcenter Integration:



Collaborate with the PLM Teamcenter to manage and maintain all design data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information throughout the product lifecycle
- GD&T; Application: Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) principles to ensure precise and functional designs
- Drawing Requirements Understanding: Prepare and review technical documentation, including stage drawings, models, and assembly drawings, to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
- Special Process Management: Identify and manage special processes that require validation and control to ensure product quality
- Manufacturing Feasibility Assessment: Conduct feasibility assessments to evaluate the practicality and efficiency of proposed manufacturing methods
- Machining Operations: Understanding of various machining operations, including turning, milling, and drilling, to ensure accurate and efficient production
