About The Job:

- Design, configure, and support Oracle E‐Business Suite (R12)
Finance modules, including GL, AR, AP, FA, and Cash Management.
- Provide production support, including incident resolution, problem management, and service request handling.
- Develop and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, Open Interfaces, Forms Personalization, and Workflow.
- Analyze and resolve production issues within defined SLAs to minimize business disruption.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.

- Support month‐end and year‐end processes such as inventory close, purchasing close, and reconciliations.
