Role : Healthcare Digital Field Service Engineer
Location: Coimbatore
Job Type: Contract
We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Digital Field Service Engineer with experience in healthcare IT, medical imaging, and hospital systems support.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT Support, PACS/RIS, Medical Imaging, or Field Service Engineering
- Hands-on experience with RIS/PACS systems, DICOM, HL7, HIS/EMR integrations
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Linux basics, SQL databases, networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall)
- Experience in installation, deployment, upgrades, migration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, backup & recovery
- Exposure to customer site implementation, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, remote/onsite support, and user training
- Good communication, documentation, and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for onsite support activities
