About The Job:

- The Senior Technical Lead is a hands-on Azure AI Engineer responsible for building, integrating, and operationalizing Generative AI and AI-driven workflows using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI for enterprise use cases.
- This role focuses on technical implementation leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions while collaborating closely with architects, product teams, and cloud engineering teams.

Essential Job Functions:

Azure AI & GenAI Implementation
- Design, develop,



and deploy Python-based AI services using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Build and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
- Develop LLM-based use cases including:
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Document Summarization
- Document Comparison
- Document Chunking
- AI-Powered Chatbots
- Internal Knowledge Assistants
- Implement embedding models and integrate them with vector stores such as:
- Azure AI Search
- FAISS-Based Architectures
- Optimize prompts, retrieval mechanisms, and AI workflows for performance and accuracy.

Agentic AI & Orchestration Patterns
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows.
- Develop solutions utilizing:
- Tool Calling
- Prompt Chaining
- Function Calling
- Multi-step Agent Workflows
- Work extensively with AI orchestration frameworks including:
