Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions to ensure product and process quality across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Configures inspection planning, quality notifications, audit management, quality certificates, and quality control processes.
- Works closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform system testing, and provide user support.
- Ensures seamless integration with SAP MM, PP, EWM, and SD modules.
- Supports compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while driving process improvements, issue resolution, and continuous optimization of quality management practices throughout the organization.
