About The Client:

About The Job:
- Provide support for Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, with a focus on Data Notifications, Compliance Tickets, Third-Party Approvals, non-revenue activities, and validation processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution across all assigned workflows.

Essential Job Functions:
- Process and validate Data Notifications (DN) in accordance with established governance standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage compliance tickets and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Initiate and monitor Third-Party Approval (TPA) requests, ensuring timely follow-up through to resolution.
- Manage non-revenue activities, including entitlement changes, system updates, and data corrections.




- Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to support accurate, first-time-right processing.

Key Deliverables
- Ensure the timely completion of Data Notifications, compliance tickets, and Third-Party Approval requests.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy while consistently meeting service level agreements.
- Contribute to error reduction through the effective application of validation controls and process discipline.

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Order Management, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Sales Operations.
- Working knowledge of compliance processes and data validation workflows.
- Experience using CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Siebel, or CPQ is preferred.
- Robust analytical capability with effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Education
- A postgraduate degree in any discipline is required.
