Job Title: ServiceNow GRC IRM Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC IRM Architect / Senior Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in GRC/IRM, and will be responsible for architecting solutions, leading development efforts, and ensuring the successful deployment of GRC/IRM capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices for GRC/IRM on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Development and Implementation:
- Lead and participate in the development, configuration,



and customization of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Create and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems to streamline GRC/IRM processes.
- Develop and implement complex business logic using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other advanced ServiceNow scripting methods.
- Ensure the quality of code and configuration through thorough testing and best practices.
- Platform Management and Optimization:
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the ServiceNow GRC/IRM workplace, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced functionality within the GRC/IRM modules.
