About The Client:

FinOrion in India was established in the year 2008 in Mumbai as a liaison office. From April 2012, the India office became a wholly owned subsidiary of Orion Group, named as 'FinOrion Pharma India Private Limited'. A presence in India provides an opportunity for Orion to strengthen the business relationship with the current partners and support the head quarter in various office activities. FinOrion focuses mainly on Supply Chain and Product Development & Lifecycle Management activities. There are different functions like Procurement, Packaging Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Regulatory, Quality assurance, GMP and EHS Compliance etc. which contribute to various product life cycle management roles.

Qualifications:
- 10 + years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in the Generics sector and with at least 8 years in launch management or project management.
- Good understanding of European regulatory processes and solid experience in collaborating with finished-product suppliers (manufacturing partners).




- Experience in leading cross-functional teams across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.
- Ability to understand the big picture and long-term while balancing with details and short-term priorities.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, challenge, and align stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous launch cases/ projects with efficiency and strategic oversight.
- A proactive mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- The capability to thrive in complex, cross-functional, and international environments, navigating ambiguity with confidence and clarity.
- Robust emotional intelligence and the ability to foster a constructive, solution-oriented team environment.
