Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Location: Remote

Experience: 8+ yrs

Key Responsibilities:
- Design ITOM architecture covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Define and implement ITOM best practices, standards, and governance.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring and enterprise systems.
- Lead CMDB health, data quality, and service modeling initiatives.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams.
- Provide technical leadership and support solution delivery.

Required Skills:




- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
- Hands-on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Knowledge of CSDM, integrations, APIs, and ITIL processes.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ITOM solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience: 8+ years in IT/ServiceNow, with 3+ years in ITOM architecture.
