Essential Job Functions:
- Support Payment Partner Queries: Efficiently address and resolve queries from payment partners to ensure smooth collaboration. coordinate with partners for prompt resolution of payment-related issues
- Partner Portal Access Management: Perform user management tasks, including adding, deleting, or updating user permissions, with accuracy and promptness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams—customer service, compliance, product, technology, payment operations, and legal—to facilitate partner-related initiatives.
- Operational Implementation: Manage the operational rollout of recent payment capabilities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- AI Efficiencies: To bring automation and AI efficiencies to reduce work burden
- Third-Party Reviews:



Facilitate review processes with payment partners, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- Partner Invoice Management: Initiate purchase orders and oversee partner invoice-related issues to support seamless financial operations.
- Team Knowledge Management: Collect, organize, and maintain documentation related to partners in a repository.
- Tracking: Maintain comprehensive trackers to record partner contacts, queries, key partnership milestones, and meeting agendas for streamlined collaboration and oversight.
- Audit Support: including internal requirements such as quarterly User Access audit certifications. SOX, SOC audits.
- Partner Documentation Management: Maintain essential partner documentation, including RCA reports, PCI DSS certification, and QBR presentations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
