Purpose
To generate sales of multiple Residential Projects through local and international channel partners for respective territory.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the NRI sourcing team both at the corporate office and across regional hubs to drive effective coordination and results.
- Achieve sales and booking targets focused on NRI clients through strategic channel partners and direct outreach.
- Grow the NRI channel partner database consistently every month and quarter by identifying and onboarding recent partners.
- Oversee end to end partner engagement including registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal to ensure compliance and motivation.
- Analyze category performance by NRI investor segments to maximize revenue, encouraging growth among underperforming partners.
- Collaborate closely with project site heads and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns tailored for NRI buyers.
- Build and maintain a robust, qualified database of NRI investors through channel partners and strategic initiatives.




- Ensure timely and accurate communication of product updates, price revisions, and project information to sourcing partners.
- Supervise the planning and execution of events aimed at enhancing NRI partner relationships and business development.
- Utilize the NRI partner network to support inventory movement during upcoming project launches and pre launch phases.
- Continuously enhance the sourcing partner experience by implementing feedback driven improvements and best practices.
