About The Job:
- As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Program Manager(s) on the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team by handling tasks that keep projects and programs running smoothly.
- What you'll do: coordinate activities, resources, and information across cross-functional partners and stakeholders; maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reporting for ongoing programs; act as a point of contact for status updates and follow-ups; support scheduling, meeting logistics, and process documentation; and assist with ad hoc administrative requests as priorities shift.

Qualifications:

Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Proficiency in Excel is required.

Education:
- 3 - 6 YOE
