The Reliability Engineering and Operations Reporting & Analytics Team is part of Walmart’s Developer Tools and Infrastructure organization. Our mission is to drive operational excellence and system reliability across Walmart’s technology landscape. We empower engineering teams with actionable insights, predictive analytics, and automated reporting to proactively identify issues, optimize performance, and minimize downtime. By leveraging advanced data science, AI agent frameworks, and robust monitoring tools,



we foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared accountability. Our team-oriented approach ensures that developers, SREs, and business stakeholders have the data and tools needed to deliver resilient, high-performing solutions at scale

What You’ll Do
- Analyse operational and reliability data to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvement in system performance and incident management.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast outages, detect anomalies, and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Build and maintain dashboards and real-time monitoring tools to visualize key metrics, system health, and incident trends.
- Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), operations specialists, and business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into actionable analytics projects.
