Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, including site collections, permissions, and configurations.
- Implement governance standards, including naming conventions, lifecycle management, and security policies.
- Monitor SharePoint health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot incidents and ensure root-cause resolution.
- Configure and manage integrations between SharePoint and Azure services (e.g., Azure AD, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps).
- Support Azure PaaS and IaaS solutions related to SharePoint environments.
- Implement and manage security roles, permissions, and compliance policies for SharePoint environments.
- Ensure adherence to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and enterprise security standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to support SharePoint-based solutions, ensuring best practices for architecture, security, and performance.
- Provide guidance on Azure DevOps pipelines for SharePoint deployments.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks for SharePoint administration.
- Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering SharePoint environments.
- Robust knowledge of Azure administration, including Azure web apps, PaaS, and IaaS.
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipeli
