About The Job:
- We are looking for a Sr. Content & Experience Specialist who can craft Clientive, human-cantered experiences across web, in-app, and community touchpoints — someone who blends storytelling, UX writing, and data-driven insights to make creative products like Photoshop and Lightroom easier to understand, more engaging to use, and inspiring to explore.
- They should also be able to drive leadership-driven high impact initiatitives end to end with minimal to no managerial oversight.
Essential Job Functions:
- Own end-to-end content lifecycle management — including structured content audits, gap analysis, content deprecation, and refresh cycles — across help, in-app, and web touchpoints.
- Conduct and interpret Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis — synthesizing support tickets, community signals, user feedback, and search data to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Apply SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable across traditional search, AI-powered platforms (Google AI Overviews, Perplexity), and in-product search surfaces.
- Define and maintain content audit frameworks and governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance at scale across a multi-product ecosystem.
- Define, deliver, and lead content that increases customer self-service and enablement for a suite of products within multiple channels - web, in-app, community, social and more.
- Contribute to and create plans to support product and user outcomes and larger content initiatives.
