Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 – 10 years
Education & Skills
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, maintaining, and documenting scalable data infrastructure and products in complex environments.
- Exposure to Spark
- Technical Skills
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure Cloud, Databricks
- Candidate should have exposure to Spark
- Candidate should have valuable exposure and experience in Power BI/DAX
- Competence in DevOps and DataOps practices, including infrastructure as code.
- Data Engineering Skills
- Ability to design, deploy, and maintain systems for data processing, cleansing, transformation, and integration
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, data management, and data strategy/governance
- Security & Compliance
- Ability to deploy secure and compliant software that adheres to data privacy and regulatory standards
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
- Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities, including technical influence to drive initiatives
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and business partners, to achieve shared objectives
