Job Description: The Operations Associate, Renewable Programs is responsible for executing high-volume administrative and operational activities across established renewable energy programs. This role manages registry and state portal submissions, transfer requests, change-of-ownership transactions, case triage, customer and installer follow-up, campaign execution, escheatment and payment-verification outreach, and documentation review. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, process discipline,



and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate incoming program applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; submit to state programs and registries (including GATS) and track through approval.
- Manage missing-information follow-up with customers, installers, and program administrators.
- Process facility transfers in and out of registry/aggregation accounts, monitor status, and coordinate approvals with all parties involved.
- Coordinate change-of-ownership transactions, including document collection, verification, state/registry submission, and resolution of ownership or payment allocation issues.
- Triage unassigned or unresolved customer service cases across email, phone, and web channels; research account records and route or resolve inquiries directly.
