2. Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, dealer, and their teams.

3. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's market share.

4. Lead and motivate distributors and their teams to drive performance and meet sales objectives.

5. Analyze sales data and market insights to formulate effective sales strategies.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

7. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.

8. Provide regular training and coaching to distributor teams to enhance their skills and performance

Preferred MBA B.tech /B.E or any post Graduate with 60 %
