Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Engage with business stakeholders, customers, and leadership to align project objectives.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
- Oversee SRE, DevOps, or Production Support initiatives and ensure service reliability.
- Track project milestones, budgets, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams to improve service delivery.




- Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Robust Program and Project Management experience.
- Excellent Stakeholder and Client Management skills.
- Experience managing SRE, DevOps, or Production Support projects.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management.
- Budget Planning and Resource Management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred.
